WOLVERINE

The largest member of the weasel (Mustelidae) family, the wolverine may be the pound for pound baddest mf’er on the planet! They are known for their strength, fearlessness, and voracity. Though they reach only 18” in height at the shoulder and weigh a maximum of 66lbs., they do not hesitate to attack sheep, deer, wolves, or even small bears! They are master scavengers and males can cover a home range of up to 240 square miles. No animal hunts the wolverine except humans. Our beautiful example is from the 1970’s.
