Every Monday we serve fish & chips, and we make our fish & chips using cod, which come from the Northwest Atlantic. Fish & chips originated in England where the first fish & chips restaurant opened in 1896. Interestingly, the huge Cod hanging above our main bar hung for many years in a fish & chips restaurant in Hull, England!
